  • Shipping

    Shipping Options & Policy:

    -Once payment is received, all items* are shipped by USPS or UPS within five working business days.

    *Please allow up to 10 days for made to order items before shipping.

    -A tracking number will be provided.

    -For international sales, unless you specify otherwise, items are shipped First Class International mail. We are not responsible for additional international charges or custom fees.

    -We are not responsible for items that get lost or stolen. Please contact us using our contact form, including your order number, so we may assist you.

  • Returns

    -Return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

    - Returns not accepted on SALE items.

    -Please contact us within 48 hours of arrival if handmade items arrive damaged. Damaged handmade items will be return shipped at the expense of The Fickle Hare.

    -We are not responsible for return shipping on all other items. Please contact The Fickle Hare at theficklehare@gmail.com to file your return and receive further instructions.

    -To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with original tags.

    -Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Soaps, oils, lotions, gift cards, and downloadable software products are not returnable.

    -To complete your return, we require a receipt or order number.

    -Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    -There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted including but not limited to: Books with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

  • Refunds

    If applicable, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    -If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    Late or Missing Refunds:

    -If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    -Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    -Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • Sale Items

    -Sale items are not eligible for return.

  • Exchanges

    -Exchanges are not accepted.

    -We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please use our contact form or send us a direct email at theficklehare@gmail.com for further instructions.

  • Cancellations

    Can I cancel my order?

    -As long as you contact us before the item has shipped, we can cancel your order. Please use the contact form and provide your order number so we can process the cancellation.
